Acceptable Use Policy

01Scope

This policy covers all activity on the ForgeBorn platform, including prompts you submit, content you generate, images you upload, and any other use of our tools and services.

02Prohibited content

You may not use ForgeBorn to create, upload, share, or distribute content that:

• is pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or not safe for work (NSFW), including realistic nude or semi-nude imagery of any kind;
• sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — zero tolerance;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent, or is used to impersonate, defame, or deceive;
• is harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, or designed to harass, bully, or intimidate any individual or group;
• promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, extremism, or any illegal activity;
• is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
• contains malware, phishing, spam, or other deceptive or malicious material.

03Prohibited tools and techniques

The following tools and techniques are strictly prohibited on ForgeBorn:

• Face swapping — replacing or superimposing one person's face onto another person's body or likeness;
• Deepfake generation — creating synthetic media that convincingly depicts a real person saying or doing something they did not;
• Face or body manipulation — altering the likeness of a real, identifiable person in a misleading or non-consensual way;
• Any automated system designed to circumvent our content moderation or safety filters.

04Content moderation

ForgeBorn employs automated moderation systems to detect and prevent prohibited content. Prompts and outputs may be reviewed by automated systems and, where necessary, by human moderators. We reserve the right to block, remove, or flag content that violates this policy.

If you believe content was incorrectly flagged or removed, you may contact us through our contact page to request a review.

05Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our discretion:

• removal or blocking of the offending content;
• temporary suspension of your account;
• permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of remaining credits;
• reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate.

06Reporting violations

If you encounter content on ForgeBorn that you believe violates this policy, please report it through our contact page. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or industry best practices. The version published on this page is the one in effect. Continued use of ForgeBorn after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
